You have reached the page where you will be prompted to enter the Companies House Personal Codes for each director.

Please note the need to enter and submit the Companies House Personal Codes for each director. Unless the system accepts the codes entered, the user will find they cannot continue pass this point, and that will end the attempt to file the confirmation statement until the correct codes are entered.

Assuming you have successfully entered the required codes, you will be able to go back to Page 4 and complete the confirmation statement as normal.
