Operating a technically compliant and secure payroll has become one of the most demanding administrative processes an employer must manage each month. There are so many tax and employment laws and regulations to observe, and the logistics of consolidating the relevant adjustments to each employee's standard pay each month can prove to be a challenge for the most organised of payroll managers. Some of clients have over 70 employees to process each month.

We have developed and refined the process over the years to minimise the time and effort it takes to run a payroll each month. It starts with the most time-consuming part of helping the client to collect the information needed to process the payroll. Then it is a case of processing the payroll, inevitably under a tight time-frame, to produce the salary payment schedules, payslips, and obligatory statutory reports to send back to the client to complete the process. We deal with all the additional monthly and year-end payroll reporting required by the HMRC.
