Step 4: Selecting the PSC you wish to update

This page list all of the registered PSCs and their current status, including the 14-day window in which you can update their ID-verification details if required.

You will only be able to update the ID-verfication details for each individual if you have logged in during their indicated 14-day window. If you enter their details after the deadline date, you are in default. Companies House have stated they will not prosecute failure to meet the deadlines in the first year of operation to November 2026. After that amnesty, one should assume the gloves come off, and a failure to provide the details required on time could prove to be a costly mistake.

You can apply for a short extension to supply the required ID-verification details, but only if you are logged in during the specified 14-day window.
