The fourth webpage

This is the normal, prepopulated, page users will be familiar with if they have completed an online confirmation statement before.

The only addition is the new area (highlighted in red) that provides a link through to the next new page in which you will be prompted to enter the directors' Companies House Personal Codes.

Assuming you have successfully entered the required codes and the system has accepted them, you will be able to complete the confirmation statement as normal.
